The Henry Bulletin reported on Feb. 1 that Tarleton Andes, “little son” of Mr. and Mrs. G.M. Andes, was “painfully burned” on the face when he tried to use kerosene oil to start a fire in a stove. The article reports that he was a doing well and should “be out in a few days,” so perhaps that means he had been in the hospital.
